The need
Centralize booking rules and OTA distribution around an engine the operating team can use. The website must account for specific stay durations, arrival/departure days, variable pricing and synchronization with Booking.com and Airbnb.

Booking-engine configuration and evolution, stay rules, pricing, multilingual behavior, restrictions, synchronization-gap diagnostics and OTA connection maintenance.
Technical decision
Operational constraints are not treated as simple content: availability, stay duration, arrival/departure and pricing rules are modeled in the engine so the website and external channels share a coherent operating logic.
Synchronization & operations
The work also includes diagnosing cases where a rule applied on the site or one channel does not propagate as expected elsewhere. Maintenance therefore covers business configuration as much as Booking.com / Airbnb flow consistency.
Verifiable outcome
The project demonstrates the ability to step into a booking system already in production, understand its restrictions and correct distribution logic without rebuilding from zero.
