DEV EVOLUER collects only the information needed to process website enquiries, Academy requests and, when a user chooses to submit one, testimonials.

Data controller

The data controller is STE Miyuki Dev E-voluer, operating the DEV EVOLUER brand and established in Sousse, Tunisia. For privacy questions, contact contact@dev-evoluer.com.

Information collected

Depending on the form, information may include your name, email address, company, phone number, type of request, indicative budget, timeline, message, Academy program, level, selected modules and information voluntarily submitted in a testimonial.

Purposes

This information is used to reply to enquiries, prepare commercial or technical discussions, organize Academy support and process submitted testimonials. Testimonials are never published automatically: they are reviewed before publication and publication depends on the consent selected in the form.

Processors and delivery

Website forms are handled by PHP endpoints hosted with the website and are then delivered by email using Resend. Data required to deliver the message may therefore transit through this technical provider. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

Security and abuse prevention

Forms use validation controls, a honeypot field, origin checks and rate limiting. Minimal technical information, including an IP address, may be used temporarily to enforce these limits and protect the service against abuse.

Retention

Requests are retained for the time required to process them and follow the commercial, educational or contractual relationship, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable obligations. Anti-abuse technical logs are temporary and limited to their security purpose.

Cookies and analytics

The current source code does not include an advertising platform or marketing tracker. If analytics or another tracker requiring consent is introduced later, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before activation.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal retention requirements, by emailing contact@dev-evoluer.com.
