The need
Digitize a regulated legal-notice publication journey without reducing it to a data-entry form. The system has to coordinate submission, publication rules, newspaper selection, pricing, payment, tracking and the documents produced after validation.
DEV EVOLUER scope
Journey architecture, custom WordPress/PHP development, business rules, API integrations, Stripe and PayPal payments, status workflow, customer area, document delivery, automation and operational tracking mechanisms.
Structural technical decisions
Payment is not treated as an isolated checkout step: authorization, capture, notice modification, amount differences, refunds or credits must remain coherent with the business status. Webhooks, logs and scheduled processing are therefore part of the architecture, not secondary add-ons.
The system also preserves continuity between initial submission, editing an existing notice, validation, publication and supporting-document retrieval.
Business workflow
The journey connects submission → business rules → newspaper selection → pricing → payment → validation → publication → documents. Explicit statuses keep the customer-facing journey and back-office operations aligned.
Delivery & operations
The platform is designed to keep evolving after launch: new business cases, payment methods, webhooks, documents, integration fixes and status handling can be added without rebuilding the whole journey.
Verifiable outcome
The demonstrated value is not an invented marketing percentage. It is the consolidation of a process with many rules, actors and dependencies into one traceable operational system.
